I’m teaming up with the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle and Wellness Mama to bring you the Healthy Eating Reboot Challenge 2018. It will run for 7 days – from this Friday, August 24 through next Thursday, August 30.
The Challenge is designed to help you create healthy eating habits (and eliminate no-so-healthy ones) so that you and your family can feel your best as you start the new school year.
Sign up by midnight this Thursday (August 23) to join the Challenge. Then each day, beginning on Friday, you’ll receive an email that outlines a simple task, that takes no more than 20 minutes, for the day.
The tasks will help you plan, prep and cook healthy meals and snacks that you and your family will love. They’ll also help you cut out the stuff you really don’t want to eat.
As part of the Challenge, you’ll also receive information about the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, which will be published on September 5. (I have a book in the Bundle this year!)
