Do you ever try to rush things, to push your plans or dreams forward, even when it’s obvious that the time isn’t right? I’ve been guilty of that this week, with predictable results – frustration and discouragement. So I’m learning the lesson of trusting God’s timing, waiting for him, and watching expectantly for the things He is going to do. I hope these words will encourage you to be more patient and watchful than I have been.

I’m right there with you, Gaye–struggling to wait patiently on God to work through a difficulty in my life. God is teaching me so much during this waiting time, though. I am learning that He knows what He’s doing! Imagine that … the God of the Universe knows what He’s doing! haha! When will I ever learn. Love your words here and the photo as well. Great thoughts!
GC says
Hi Beth – “When will I ever learn” is my thought exactly. Don’t know why it’s so hard to wait and see what God is going to do, but it seems to be very difficult for me.
Thanks always for your kind words.
